mister Wilford states that Curtis Everett is the first person to travel all the way from the tail section to the front, he seems to be ignoring the small kids that have been taken from the tail.

After Tanya dies, her face becomes completely motionless (kudos to actress) and she appears to stop breathing, yet a visible pulse can still be seen in her neck, creating a small inconsistency in the depiction of her death.

regardless of how advanced the train is, if the railroad tracks outside was maintained by no one, the train would not be able to travel far, derail, and kaboom, especially in an environment as challenging as their world
