The Tiger tank would not have burst from cover after destroying one Sherman, as it could have remained stationary to pick off the remaining tanks as they approached. Moreover, even in 1945, the German Wehrmacht would not have assigned Tiger tanks to inexperienced recruits.

In the film, American and German tanks fire at each other while on the move, which contradicts the tank warfare doctrine of that era. During that period, tanks needed to be stationary to ensure accuracy, and since the tanks in the movie were not equipped with stabilizers, they would not have been able to fire effectively while in motion.
