Factual error by alyssa.slater · 21 Dec 2017
The film is set during 1858 and 1859, which makes the use of dynamite historically impossible. Alfred Nobel did not invent dynamite until 1864 and did not patent it until 1867, meaning it would not have been available to the characters at that time.

Continuity by barbara_matthews57 · 04 May 2026
The fields outside the Candyland gates are noticeably harvested when Schultz and Django first arrive, but they appear overgrown with tall grass when Django and Broomhilda leave. This shift in the landscape is a significant continuity error that ignores the passage of time within the scene.
