During the scene where Selfridge is playing the indoor golf, a background extra appears twice in a clear continuity slip. Just as he mentions enjoying his "little talks" with Grace, a woman passes behind him; moments later, the same woman repeats the exact same walk in the same direction.

In the opening sequence where the shuttle touches down on Pandora, as Jake Sully prepares to disembark in his wheelchair, a crew member unloading gear behind him is seen with his exopack mask hanging loosely. Given that the shuttle doors are open to Pandora's toxic atmosphere, the character should realistically be suffocating, yet he continues his work unaffected.
